Job Description: 

  • Monitor & manage service partners to ensure smooth flight operations
  • Monitor & provide quality service to passengers at various stages of their ground experience at the airport, from check-in, SilverKris Lounge, boarding the flight, inflight F&B, disembarking the flight on arrival to collection of luggage
  • Handle administrative duties such as invoice verification, preparing flight documents, analyse statistics, preparing performance reports, etc.
  • Handle any adhoc duties

 

What You Should Possess:
• Diploma holder or above 
• Must be able to work shifts and overtime as needed
• Team player, possess good communication skills, interpersonal skills and customer service attributes
• Fluent spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/Power-point)

• At least 5 years’ working experience in airport operations. Less experience will be considered for Customer Services Officer position.
