Job description:

• Manage the local content (English & Traditional Chinese) for the official website and mobile app, including creation/design of local landing pages, fare deals updates, etc
• Track and analyse overall content performance via Google Analytics & dashboards and recommend improvements
• Provide insights, trends and recommendations through data analysis to increase direct sales performance
• Increase conversion for direct sales (e.g. A/B testing campaigns for channel optimization, initiate push notifications, real-time marketing & other re-targeting features to optimise conversion)
• Work with Head Office on SEO/SEM for local tactical promotion and analyse performance
• Monitor and increase ancillary revenue for direct sales
• Monitor market trends and competitors' digital features/ enhancements /tactical campaigns
• Resolution of website/mobile app issues/defects and provide support
• Work closely with marketing team to drive traffic to the official website/mobile app via eDM and paid media
• Identify direct connect opportunities with non-agency partners
• Drive New Distribution Capability (NDC) adoption in HK market
• Support other e-commerce operation and other ad hoc tasks as required

Requirement:

• Degree Holder
• Fluent spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Experience in the aviation industry will be an advantage
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decision
• Conversant with use of IT.
