Our client is a leading life insurance company. You will play a key role in driving the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget. This role involves close collaboration with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external vendors to deliver cutting-edge digital solutions.

Job Duties:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of digital projects, from planning to execution and delivery.
  • Anticipate potential issues, dependencies, and risks, and propose effective solutions or contingency plans.
  • Work with project sponsors and key stakeholders to prepare business cases for approval by senior executives.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Program Manager to prepare and present program updates to top management in SteerCo meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across business and IT departments.
  • Lead vendor sourcing processes, including RFP preparation, SoW review, and sign-off.
  • Manage vendor relationships, offshore delivery teams, and internal IT functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Prepare detailed project reports for Group and local HK PMO.
  • Ensure projects comply with Finance, Risk & Compliance, Information Security, and Legal requirements before production.
  • Drive operational excellence by identifying areas for improvement and ensuring high-quality project delivery.
  • Support the Senior Digital Program Manager in external vendor discussions, ensuring deliverables align with business expectations without change requests.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, STEM, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in consulting, business operations, or project management, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Proven experience managing large, complex digital transformation projects in a banking or financial environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and align projects with business objectives.
  • Experience working with diverse teams and managing multiple workstreams.
  • Innovative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies or key principles.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
