Responsibilities:
- Involve in execution of daily operations of the Concierge counter to deliver premier services to visitors;
- Handle complaints, requests and enquiries effectively and provide support to marketing activities in order to promote customer loyalties and encourage relationship build-up between tenants and shoppers;
- Coordinate with Management Office and Marketing Department on the execution of day-to-day mall operations and marketing activities;
- Provide recommendations and suggestions for improvements based on active collection of feedbacks from guests and tenants.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor in Hotel Management / Property Management or related discipline;
- 2 years relevant experience, preferably in Customer Service / Front Office and gained from the field of Hotel / Property Management;
- Excellent command of spoken / written English, Putonghua and Cantonese;
- Cheerful, initiative, service oriented and able to communicate with guests with different cultural background;
- Willing to work on shift;
- Fresh graduates will be considered;
- Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Customer Service Assistants.
