Managing financial and business performance metrics of Hill’s online brand store
Developing and implementing comprehensive demand generation strategies and plans to drive lead acquisition and consumer conversion across all retail channels (online and offline inclusive)
Working with Brand Team and Customer Development teams to align goals and ensure a cohesive brand message and enhance pet parent experience
Creating and managing targeted consumer campaigns across retail channels riding on our retailer partner’s membership database, such as email, social media, etc
Utilizing marketing platforms/ automation tools to streamline lead generation processes and personalize consumer interactions
Play a strategic role in leading Digital Transformation internally and externally
Education/ Experience Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Management or related disciplines.
Experience in Performance Marketing, Social Media Management and Shopper Marketing experience, preferably in Demand Generation roles
Knows their way around the tools of marketing automation, social listening platforms, Google Analytics, and so on.
Familiarity with the pet food business is highly preferred.
Immediate availability is highly preferred.
Experience being a pet parent

Fluent in Cantonese and English.
Excel in HKTVMall eCommerce Management, Facebook Business Manager, Social Ads
Digitally savvy and curious, understand the dynamics of eCommerce
PC Knowledge in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and Chinese Processing
