Due to work commitments, we require a dedicated professional to act as a proxy parent and oversee the holistic development of our children.

If you are passionate about child development, this role offers a unique opportunity to impact the lives of two bright and curious children. You will manage their daily routines, provide academic support, and foster their emotional, psychological, and social development.

Qualifications & Experience

Degree in Child Psychology, Behavioural Science, Child Development, Occupational Therapy or a related field.

Experience working with primary school-aged children, preferably in a similar role.

Excellent command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

Detail-oriented, cheerful, responsible, and team-oriented.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Act as a proxy parent, ensuring the children’s well-being and development.

Provide academic support and hands-on assistance with homework, projects, practice papers, and study plans.

Monitor the children’s progress and create a fun, challenging, and engaging learning environment.

Collaborate with household staff to ensure smooth daily routines and efficient home management.

Design and implement special projects to enrich the children’s life experiences and foster curiosity, creativity, and responsibility.
