Our MNC client is looking for Facility Manager to manage data centre facilities

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for Data Center Environment management and development for daily operation.
• Lead, train, and develop a multidisciplinary team, maintaining staff records and providing refresher training.
• Collaborate with design, construction, IT, and engineering teams to deliver data center projects on budget and resolve complex technical issues.
• Oversee Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) & ESG, implement sustainable practices, and promote green initiatives across the campus.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and procurement for facilities management and operational projects to ensure cost efficiency and quality delivery.
• Work with IT and design and construction team to deliver DC projects within budget and resources arranged.
• Manage and resolve 7x24 critical incidents, ensuring adherence to safety procedures and regulatory compliance.

Requirement:

• At least 10 years or above experiences
• Well knowledge in MEP systems an advantaged 
• Exposure to Automation/ IOT deployment or Smart Data Centre integration experience a plus.
