• Support implementation of infrastructure and system project 
• Provide system, network analyzing & troubleshooting

Responsibilities :

• Provide helpdesk and technical support for end-user
•  Responsible for the troubleshoot of system and network 
• Prepare user guidelines for system operations and maintenance 
• Carry out hardware and software installation and maintenance 
• Configure, implement and support IT related projects
•  Implement in any ad-hoc projects assigned 
•  

Requirements :

• Diploma holder or above in Computing Science, Information Technology or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in IT, with excellent knowledge and skills to manage IT infrastructure, network and equipment (switch, router, firewall, servers, VMware, etc.) 
• Customer-oriented, with good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills 
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Dynamic NAV is an advantage 
• Immediate available is preferred
