• Diploma or above in Computer Science or related discipine 
• Over 3 years of experience in network construction implementation and operation and maintenance management in telecommunications operators, network integrators, or large and medium-sized enterprises.
• Familiarity with operating systems, servers, storage, virtualization, and related knowledge, with the ability to independently complete project implementation and documentation.
• Proficient in one or more network technologies and protocols such as ISIS, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, SR, SRv6, VXLAN, WLAN, etc.
• Familiar with one or more of Huawei's NE/CE/S/AR series network products, USG/Eudemon series security products, AP/AC series wireless products, and NCE/eSight series network management products, with the ability to independently complete installation, configuration, debugging, and fault diagnosis.
• Proficient in network monitoring and performance tuning methods, with an in-depth understanding of network protocol analysis and mastery of network protocol analysis techniques.
• Able to troubleshoot network and application issues through packet analysis, optimize network structure and performance, and provide rational suggestions for applications.
