Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage exploratory data analysis to extract innovative solutions from complex datasets, both structured and unstructured, using advanced statistical and machine-learning techniques.
• Formulate and test hypotheses, analyzing results from product experiments to inform improvements.
• Lead the complete AI/ML model lifecycle, including data preparation, feature engineering, training, validation, and deployment.
• Conduct model evaluations and performance tuning, employing A/B testing to optimize effectiveness.
• Collaborate with business users to translate their needs into technical requirements and implement impactful AI/ML solutions.
• Work with diverse teams, including Data Engineering and Business Analytics, to integrate models into production.
• Develop and enhance machine learning models by using tools like Python, Spark, and Cloud AI platforms.
• Ensure that all AI/ML initiatives comply with banking regulations and risk management policies.
• Stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies and industry standards to drive innovation and model performance.
• Mentor junior team members and lead the development of new analytics tools and infrastructure.

  Requirements:

• Degree in Data Science, IT, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in AI/ML model development within the banking sector.
• Proven track record in designing and deploying AI/ML models, especially for optimizing Time Deposit Pricing.
• Strong background in statistical analysis, forecasting, A/B testing, NLP, and deep learning.
• Proficient in Python, Spark, PySpark, SQL, and experienced with Cloud AI tools.
• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling.
• Ability to tackle challenges creatively and effectively.
• Capable of communicating complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
