As a Medical Sales Therapist Specialist in the Team, your role is to promote and sell related medical products and devices to healthcare providers. You will collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to educate them about the benefits and features of the products, and contribute to achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Product Promotion and Sales:
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote related medical products and devices to healthcare providers, including urologists, hospitals, clinics, and other relevant stakeholders.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and maintain existing customer relationships to drive sales growth.
  2. Customer Education and Support:
    • Provide comprehensive product knowledge and technical expertise to healthcare professionals, assisting them in understanding product usage, best practices, and patient selection criteria.
  3. Market Analysis and Territory Management:
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs within the assigned territory.
  4. Collaboration and Relationship Building:
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and decision-makers in the urology field.
  5. Sales Performance Tracking and Reporting:
    • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
    • Provide feedback and insights to the management team on strategies, market trends, and customer needs to support business growth and product development efforts.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field. Additional certifications or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
  • Proven experience in medical sales, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Strong knowledge of medical products, devices, and their clinical applications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage and influence healthcare professionals.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships, negotiate sales agreements, and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
