Provide technical consultation of network design and planning to customers
Provide technical support to network implementation, trouble-shooting and management
Provide technical pre-sales support to sales team
Develop and perform pre-sales demonstrations/presentations to customers
Develop and respond to customer’s request for proposal (RFP)
Job Requirements:
Degree or Master holders in Computer or Information Engineering
Good knowledge in switching, routing, security and unified communication technologies
Solid experience in pre-sales and customer management
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Fluency in spoken and written English. Mandarin Chinese is an advantage.
Good team player, pro-active, strong motivation and able to work under pressure
