Job Responsibilities:

 Provide technical consultation of network design and planning to customers

• Provide technical support to network implementation, trouble-shooting and management
• Provide technical pre-sales support to sales team
• Develop and perform pre-sales demonstrations/presentations to customers
• Develop and respond to customer’s request for proposal (RFP)

 Job Requirements:

• Degree or Master holders in Computer or Information Engineering
• Good knowledge in switching, routing, security and unified communication technologies
• Solid experience in pre-sales and customer management
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Fluency in spoken and written English. Mandarin Chinese is an advantage.
• Good team player, pro-active, strong motivation and able to work under pressure
