Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI models to address challenges and improve system capabilities.
• Collaborate with data scientists, stakeholders, and product managers to develop and deploy AI solutions, ensuring clear communication of technical progress to non-technical teams.
• Enhance AI system performance for scalability and real-time applications.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights for AI development.
• Create and test prototypes to refine machine learning methods.
• Build and maintain deployment pipelines for AI models in production.
• Research and apply the latest trends in AI and machine learning technologies.
• Integrate AI into existing software systems to improve functionality and user experience, utilizing integration technologies and REST APIs.

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (Master's is preferred)
• More than  5-7 years of experience in AI/ML development with a history of successful project delivery, preferably in the banking domain.
• Skilled in integrating AI solutions into applications and building RESTful APIs.
• Proficient in Python and relevant libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch), with experience in GCP (Vertex AI, BigQuery, DataProc, Gemini) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experienced in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with MLOps and prompt engineering is a plus.
• Experience working effectively in agile development teams.
• Relevant AI/ML certifications preferred, with expertise in neural networks and machine learning architectures.
• Good command of Chinese and English.
