Our client is a sizable organization. Due to the rapid growth of the company, they are now looking for talented individuals to join the professional team.
The Job:
- Work in the client site with on-site team to communicate and manage client incident / issues.
- Supervise on-site and offshore team to provide application and maintenance support for client.
- Responsible for pro-actively monitoring and promptly resolving application production incident within agreed service level.
- Responsible for managing the BAU support team to deliver service request tickets
- Responsible for assisting Incident and Problem Management teams on root cause analysis, incident report and propose short-term / permanent resolution for application issue
The Person:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT / IS discipline or equivalent.
- At least 10 years’ experience in IT Application Development or Support
- 3+ years experiences as team lead on managing a small team
- Technical knowledge in Java (J2EE, JPA, Spring Framework, SpringBoot, Struts)
- Sound knowledge in Microsoft SQL or Oracle PL/SQL) is a plus
- Solid experiences in Maintenance, Incident Troubleshooting, Root Causes analysis and Problem Resolution
- Experience in using CI/CD tools (GitHub, Maven, Gradle, Jenkins) will be an advantage
- Maintain a positive attitude and have good communication skills for client and team management.
