Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Head of Accounting and Head of Finance, 

• Handle overall Accounts Payable process, including payment requests, 3-way matching, telegraphic transfer payments, reconciliation, expense reports, and corresponding with vendors;
• Perform daily accounting duties for the Accounts Payable function, ensuring timely and accurate settlement before the due date;
• Prepare payment vouchers, keep proper accounting transactions to ensure all transactions are checked, supported and recorded, and properly accounted;
• Assist in monitoring the cash book to ensure that sufficient funds are available at various bank accounts for making payments;
• Assist in streamlining financial processes with the help of technologies;
• Assist in month-end closing and prepare accounting schedules;
• Assist in administrative work 
• Perform Ad-hoc assignments assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accountancy or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the accounting or audit field
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
• Proficiency in MS applications, such as Word and Excel;
• Experience in ERP system (i.e. Dynamics NAV or Kingdee) is an advantage
• Experience with auditing firms is preferred;
• Pleasant personality, mature, independent & meticulous;
• Immediately available will be an advantage.
