Our Expectation and Your Responsibilities:

• Report to project director, to execute and coordinate events, exhibitions, conferences, and other creative activities related to a digital fashion project.
• Lead the project team to work closely with the supporting organisations, event planners and different production teams for a well thought planning and smooth execution of concerned events and programmes.
• To deliver the project effectively and efficiently within the given funds;
• Lead the web developer to achieve an e-commerce web platform for digital fashion.
• Assist and give guideline to the project team to work closely with different production team to deliver the project and manage all fashion designer outcome in working with different tech (including but not limited to 3D animators, AR professionals, online sales platform development and A/V equipment rental)
• To ensure timely planning, preparation and implementation of events to achieve the respective goals within the given schedule and resources.
• Experience in handling large-scale exhibition or trade-show will be an advantage.
• Irregular working hours required

Experiences & Qualities:

• 5-8 years of working experience, in which having at least 1 year at the managerial level, in organizing and execution of events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns. Past working experience in the fashion industry / journalists, PR & marketing, creative industries, art / culture field, and / or retail business would be an advantage.
• Self-motivated as both a team leader and team player in a small but passionate and energetic team.
• Good communication skills and be able to establish good relationship with different stakeholders. Be open-minded, flexible and sensible in dealing with different people with diversified backgrounds and cultures.
• Passionate in design, fashion, arts & culture.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua).
