Requirements:
Bachelor graduate
Ideally luxury shop retail experience, preferably in the food and beverage or hospitality industry
Sound knowledge and appreciation for fine foods and desserts
Impeccable appearances and meticulous attention to detail
Passionate and responsible
Possess excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skill
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Customer Service and Sales:
Motivate staff to provide high customer service standards in order to achieve targets and maximise sales
Ensure a luxury customer experience and after sales care
Monitor sales team performance and skills
Monitor store statistics such as footfall and conversion rates, highlighting any issues and driving staff ideas
Seek and continuously develop knowledge and information about competitor activity
Responsible for dealing with customer complaints, queries and refunds within level of authority
Responsible for stock keeping and accuracy of stock takes
Responsible for accurate building of customer database
Be aware of promotional and marketing activities and prepare team and store accordingly
Take part in all sales activities in stores
Operations
Ensure roster and holidays and sick days are efficiently set out, approved and communicated to maximise cover at all times
Report stock loss immediately to management
Plan and carry out stock taking as required and to highest standard
Manage cash and payment systems in accordance with company or host store procedures and policies at all times
Implement and maintain boutique merchandising, layout and customer traffic flow as directed by Head Office
Forecast the usages of products / accessories / equipment
Good computer skills (including Excel/PowerPoint/WORD)
Staff Management
Carry out daily briefs with staff presenting performance feedback and ensuring daily and weekly targets are set and understood
Manager, motivate and develop staff through training, coaching, regular feedback and appraisals
Ensure all staff are dressed and groomed according to company policy before entering the selling area
For Candidate who has less Experience will consider as Assistant Boutique Manager
