Global International Credit Group Limited, is a prominent player in Hong Kong’s mortgage finance sector and a company listed on the HKEX. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Finance Manager / Financial Controller to oversee the financial operations of our Group. This pivotal role involves managing all aspects of financial reporting, ensuring compliance with HKEX listing rules, and handling company secretarial matters. We are looking for a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of Hong Kong’s regulatory landscape. The successful candidate will report to the Group’s CFO and executive management.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Finance department, including financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash control.
• Ensure full adherence to HKEX listing rules, overseeing timely disclosures, regulatory filings, and updates to maintain compliance.
• Handle company secretarial duties, including support for board meetings, AGMs/EGMs, and statutory filings under the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance.
• Establish and maintain robust internal controls, manage audits, and mitigate financial risks relevant to the mortgage finance sector.
• Liaise with external auditors and other regulatory bodies for audits and tax filings.
• Perform ad hoc assignments and other tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENTAND SKILLS:

• Qualified member of HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualifications with degree in Accounting / Finance or related field. 
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience including experience in listed companies with at least three years in managerial / supervisory level. 
• Solid knowledge of IFRS/HKFRS and local statutory requirements
• Familiar with the Main Board Listing Rules, Companies Ordinance and other statutory compliance
• Good commandof both written and spoken English and Chinese
• High sense of responsibility, able to work independently, well-organized, and detail-minded
