Responsibilities
Provide primary support to the Sales team in their daily tasks, clients’ document, insurance renewal applications and other correspondences
Ensure clients’ documents are well prepared before submission and coordinate with internal teams in a good manner
Assist in reviewing clients' portfolios and providing suitable investment/insurance services
Involve in clients' meeting and ensure a smooth business process
Assist in other tasks as assigned by the team, including liaising with Immigration Dept. or other authorities
Requirements
Degree holder with minimum 1 year of relevant experience gained from insurance brokers or wealth management firms
Holder of Insurance Authority license is preferable (IIQE Paper 1, 3 & 5)
Holder of SFC Type 1 license is a plus
Good knowledge in insurance business and products
Good communications skills in Chinese, especially Mandarin
Proactive, good servicing mindset, helpful and able to work independently
