Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for financial applications.
• Assess existing financial systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to communicate findings and gather feedback from users.
• Develop and maintain functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of financial applications.
• Conduct testing and validation of new systems and enhancements to ensure they meet business needs.
• Provide training and support to end-users to enhance adoption of new systems and processes.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices in financial applications to recommend innovative solutions.
• Assist in project management activities, including planning, execution, and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a System/Business Analyst, preferably within the financial services or legal sectors.
• Strong understanding of financial applications, systems, and processes.
• Proficient in SQL, e-billing systems will be preered.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of legal industry regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
