Property Manager / Senior Property Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and professional Property Manager to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in Property or Facility Management, including at least 3 years in a managerial role. A degree in Property or Facility Management, or a related field, is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of buildings or estates
• Ensure that the management services provided align with the expectations of owners and tenants
• Ensure compliance with the provisions of the DMC, BMO, and other statutory regulations

Qualifications:

• A degree in Property or Facility Management, or a related field, is highly desirable
• 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in Property or Facility Management, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Membership in CIHCM or HKIH, or qualifications as a Registered Professional Housing Manager
• Preferably possess a Tier 1 PMP (Project Management Professional) License

Day-to-day:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of buildings or estates, ensuring that the management services provided align with the expectations of owners and tenants, as well as comply with the provisions of the DMC, BMO, and other statutory regulations.
