Tat Fai Zipper (HK) Company Limited , a  well established and expanding garment accessories company located in Lai Chi Kok. Our client, Global Apparel Fashion Brands and Retailers, has a long establishment in Hong Kong and overseas. To meet our high business growth, we are seeking for the following post to join our team. 

Responsibilities:

• Handle customers’ inquiries, quotation and provide product information professionally
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. 
• Liaise with internal and external suppliers/customers to keep tracking the sampling and production to meet business goals & requirements.
• Capable to deal with overseas customers/agencies independently
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
• Prepare Sales Reports, Analysis and Sales forecast
• Handle Marketing presentation Request to fit customer needs.
• Prepare Lab Test Report such as ordering, submission and follow up. 
• Willing to travel to meet with potential business partners

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma Holder or above in any disciplines 
• At least 3-5 years business sales experience, garment/trims field is preferred. 
• Business level of proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office applications especially in Word, Excel & PowerPoint, Outlook/Thunderbird and Chinese typing
• Excellent communication, self-motivated, smart and with passion
• Proactive, Good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure. 
• Applicant with more experience will be considered as a Senior Position
