Responsibilities

1. General computer operation support on network / data centre/ server room facilities.
2. Assist Operation Supervisor, System / Network Engineer to perform problem diagnosis.
3. Co-ordinate with vendor in problem fixing and follow problem escalation procedure.
4. Provide technical support services to internal users and external customers.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications and Networking, Information Technology related disciplines.
2. 1 year experience in computer support or network operation is preferred.
3. Knowledge of operation of Linux, AIX, Solaris and Windows OS.
4. At least 3 years’ experience in related area.
5. Able to work under pressure and independently.
6. Eager and willing to grow together with the company.
