Man Sang International Limited is a company listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (Stock code: 938).  Our group is principally engaged in provision of commercial and residential property management services, provision of renovation and decoration services in the PRC and hotel operation in Japan.  We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer to look after our accounting team and oversee listed company reporting and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• In charge of the group consolidation, financial reporting and company secretarial duties for the Group
• Manage the finance team for daily financial and accounting operations of the Company 
• Proactive, good interpersonal skills and able to work independently
• Prepare and review interim and annual financial statements in compliance with the Listing Rules and other applicable regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with external auditors, legal advisors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth audit process
• Assist in the execution of corporate finance transactions and handle ad-hoc projects 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• Member of the HKICPA or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience preferably from international audit firm and/or listed company in HK
• In-depth knowledge of Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards (HKFRS) and the Listing Rules
