Relationship Manager (Retail banking)

Responsibilities

  • Provide investment and insurance services to high net worth clients in branch
  • Maintain close relationships with clients
  • Cooperate with specialist to give advice to clients
  • Meet the compliance requirement

Requirements

  • Degree or above with major in Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines
  • Min 1-2 years of relevant experience in retail banking or related experience in investment and insurance selling
  • IIQE 1,2,3 and HKSI 1,7,8
  • Good command in both Chinese and English
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Relationship Manager

 

Private Bank Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent service to ultra high net worth clients;
  • Performing and executing a broad range of banking and investment transactions for Private Banking clients;
  • Handle and resolve day-to-day queries from clients, operations, systems, account re-balancing processes etc.

Requirements

  • Degree or above with major in Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines
  • Min 8 years of relevant experience in retail banking or related experience in investment and insurance selling

 

Investment Consultant (Retail)

*Only open for candidates who have bank experience *

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct customer portfolio analysis to identify cross-selling investment products opportunities
  • Implement and participate in promotion programs to acquire new and retain existing investment business
  • Achieve the sales target by collaborating with RMs to conduct pre-case study and carry out joint-call activities 
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service and react positively to customer requests
  • Support branch sales by sharing sales tactics and providing briefing sessions on investment products
  • Conduct tele-prospecting to explore new business opportunities, and provide follow through services to customers, update compliance requirements and provide market updates to sales staff

Requirement:

  • University degree in Business Administration or other relevant qualification
  • Pass the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination and IIQE and fulfill the competency requirements to carry out regulated activities as defined under the Securities and Futures Ordinance
  • Minimum 2 years' (3 years for Senior IC) relevant experience in retail banking, with good knowledge of investment products
  • Good customer service orientation, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage
