Job Responsibilities 工作內容:

1. Accountable for demand research, competitive analysis, and keenly grasping industry trends for various business modules of mobile APP or PC-based trading software.
   負責APP或PC交易軟件上各業務版模塊的需求調研及競品分析並能敏銳把握行業發展趨勢。
2. Responsible for the planning and design of product functions (stocks, futures, options, funds, etc.), and developing detailed product requirement documents and product prototype designs.
   負責產品功能（股票、期貨、期權、基金等）的規劃與設計，制定詳細的產品需求文件和產品原型圖。
3. Collaborate and communicate with UI, testing, operations, development, compliance, and risk control departments to ensure the product is developed, tested, and launched according to the planned schedule and design requirements.
   與UI、測試、運營、研發、合規、風控部門等各方溝通協作，確保產品能夠按照計劃如期完成開發和測試，並按照產品設計和要求上線。
4. Track user feedback and usage after the product launch, continuously adjust and optimize the product to improve user satisfaction and engagement.
   追蹤產品上線之後的用戶反饋和使用情況，不斷調整和優化產品，提高用戶滿意度和用戶活躍度。

Job Requirements崗位要求:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with more than 3 years of experience as an internet product manager; priority given to those with experience in securities software products.
   大學(本科)或以上學歷，3年以上互聯網產品經理工作經驗，有證券軟件產品經驗的優先
2. Ability to independently manage the full process of client-side feature development, with self-motivation and initiative.
   能獨立完成客戶端功能點的全流程跟進
3. Proficient in at least one prototyping and image processing tool such as Axure RP, MockingBot (墨刀), or Figma.
   至少熟悉使用Axure RP、墨刀或Figma其中一種產品原型設計和圖片處理軟件
4. Passionate about stock trading; priority given to candidates with stock trading experience and familiarity with stock market trading rules and relevant policies/regulations.
   必須熱愛股票交易, 有股票交易經驗、熟悉股市交易規則及相關政策法規的優先
5. Clear logical thinking, sensitive to user experience; possess data analysis awareness and sensitivity to data.
   邏輯思維清晰，對用戶體驗敏感；有數據分析的意識，對數據敏感
6. Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin communication.
   能以普通話溝通; 若能以廣東話溝通更佳
7. Mainland applicants are welcome; must hold any visa qualification that allows working in Hong Kong.
