Our client, a sizable bank and insurance corp in Hong Kong, is now looking for the high calibre candidates for their position of Assistant Personal Banking Manager and Customer Service - Inbound.
Assistant Personal Banking Manager (23-33K)
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality one stop banking service to retail customers in branch network.
- Handle enquiries and provide professional advises to customers as well as understanding their financial needs.
- Recommend appropriate banking product and services to meet their need so as to achieve business target.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree holder or above in any discipline
- 1-2 years’ experience in insurance, IFA or financial institution
- IIQE Paper 1, 2 & 3
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Position
Customer Service - Inbound (20-30K)
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries regarding from inbound call
- Resolve customer problems and complaints in timely and professional manner.
- Provide one stop service to customers for enhancing the customer engagement level.
- Provide administrative support to the team as assigned
Requirements:
- HKCEE / HKDSE or above
- 1-2 years Customer Service or Call Centre experience in banking / insurance industry
- Passed in IIQE exam is an advantages
- Proficiency in spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
Senior / Admin Officer, Insurance (Contract) (20-29K)
Responsibilities:
- Work with manager and accurately calculate and process agent compensation based on guidelines.
- Assist in processing and approving administrative forms.
- Prepare and extend employment offers to agency candidates.
- Responsible for monthly agency strategies and operations reports.
- Verify and conduct due diligence on licensing and contracting application documents of agency candidates as well as on-boarding.
- Prepare employment contract and relevant documents for agency candidates.
Requirements:
- Diploma / HKCEE / HKDSE or above
- 1-2 years Admin, Customer Service in insurance / banking & finance industry
- Passed in IIQE exam is an advantages
- Proficiency in spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
