Our client, a various bank and leading financial institution in Hong Kong, is now looking for the high calibre candidates.

 

AVP, General Insurance, Financial Institution (up to 50K+)

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain client relationships and identify opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling additional products/services.
  • Pursue new market opportunities and contribute to strategic business planning and growth initiatives.
  • Deliver expert advisory services and tailored risk management strategies to clients.
  • Foster strong partnerships with insurers to negotiate favorable terms and competitive offers.
  • Ensure timely issuance and delivery of confirmations, closing documents, invoices, and policies to clients and insurers.
  • Uphold quality standards and enhance departmental efficiency through process optimization.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to streamline premium collections and expedite claims resolution.
  • Execute renewal processes and documentation with precision and adherence to deadlines.
  • Oversee team performance, providing technical guidance, training, and workflow monitoring.
     

Requirements:

  • University degree or above
  • 7-8 years of insurance experience, ideally within general insurance products.
  • Passed in IIQE exam
  • ACII, ANZIIF, FLMI , or demonstrable advancement in insurance industry qualifications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable.

 

 

Insurance Specialist / Financial Planning Manager  (28-50K+)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage individual insurance portfolio to ensure the highest rate of customer satisfaction
  • Partner with Relationship Manager team to serve High Net Worth customer
  • Create insurance opportunities by identifying customers wealth management needs and introduce appropriate insurance solutions
  • Provide tailor-made advice and reviews to clients on a regular basis and post-sales services to clients
  • Explore and develop long-term banking relationships with customers

 

Requirements:

  • University degree or above
  • IIQE paper 1, 2, 3
  • 2-3 year sales experience in banking, Insurance or IFA industry
  • Solid sales track record in developing relationships with customers
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
  • Candidate with banking experience will be considered as Senior Position
