About the Role

Fineton Industrial Minerals Limited, a globally recognized leader in the manufacturing of mineral products, is looking for a passionate and driven Marketing Executive / Trainee to join our dynamic team at our office in Tsuen Wan. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the execution of our marketing strategies and play a key part in driving the growth of our business.

What You Will Be Doing

• Execute innovative marketing strategies, conduct market research, and perform data analysis to measure business progress and identify growth opportunities.

• Maintain and enhance the company’s marketing materials, including the website, brochures, presentations, and digital content.

• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to support decision-making and strategic planning.

• Manage incoming inquiries from customers, suppliers, and partners, ensuring timely and professional responses.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events to promote brand awareness and engage with stakeholders.

• Follow up on orders and coordinate production, delivery, and shipment arrangements to ensure seamless operations.

• Provide administrative support to the marketing team and assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed.

What We Are Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 2 years of experience in a marketing or related role (fresh graduates are also welcome to apply). Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Marketing Trainee position.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin, with the ability to adapt messaging to diverse audiences.

• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing. Knowledge of website construction, photo editing, and AI tools for day-to-day operations is an advantage.
