Experienced Floor Server

We are seeking a warm, attentive, and presentable restaurant floor server to join our team. The role will be responsible for daily reservation inquiries with Sevenrooms system, phone calls, greeting guests and daily restaurant operations. The role will also have to greet and keep up with service standards to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and outgoing personality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities  : 

• Answer incoming calls to the restaurant and provide appropriate service
• Greeting and serving customers
• Operating Opening and Closing duties 
• Serving guests with excellent and attentive customer service. 
• Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
• Observant to Guests' needs throughout the dining experience to ensure they receive high-quality service
• Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in with customers and addressing any concerns
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a relevant role in F&B industry
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with a passion for food, beverage and guest service
• Knowledge of Food and Beverage service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in handling the Sevenrooms booking system 
• Presentable, passionate in providing high-quality service, warmth to host, and inspires confidence in product and service 
• Smart and presentable looking
• Positive mindset
• Good command of spoken English (Cantonese & Mandarin would be an advantage).
