Responsibilities

• Act as Responsible Officer for SFC Type 1, 3, 4 and 9 regulated activities
• Must acquire new clients and asset independently as well as the ability to build a successful sales team
• Follow company direction and service existing clients
• Traveling to Mainland China is required
• Formulate, review and update the operations procedures
• Participate in investment products launch
• Deliver investment performances according to established risk and return targets of each portfolio
• Conduct investment research and analysis
• Conduct fund management and periodic review of investment portfolio
• Monitor daily asset management business operations to ensure the workflow is complied with the relevant rules and regulations
• Assist senior management on the Firm’s investment function

Requirements

• Must be a current SFC Type 1, 3, 4 and 9 Responsible Officer License holder (Unconditional status for at least 2 years)
•  Minimum 3 years of trading experience in HK and US stocks and mutual fund is required
• Must demonstrate the ability and skill in successful new client and asset acquisitions
• Must meet sales performance by transactions, services, products and revenue
• At least 3~5 years relevant fund management working experience
• Must be flexible to work in flexible hours to accommodate various exchange markets
• Must familiar with Bloomberg and Morningstar
• Understanding of settlement of Hong Kong and US stocks
• Familiar with portfolio construction and performance measurement using financial tools
•  Strong business sense and in-depth knowledge of the asset management industry
• Proactive, good interpersonal skill and able to work under pressure
• Fluent in speaking and writing skills in both English and Chinese languages
