Responsibilities:

• Responsible to handle BIM modeling works for construction projects
• Assist to create walk through, carrying out clash detection and relevant illustration under the contract requirement
• Manage on-site BIM teams's and liaise closely with all project stakeholders
• Monitor and report performance of BIM Projects and progress

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in construction management or related subject
• Minimum 10 years in BIM project management and with at least 5 years supervising experience
• Obtain professional qualifications is an advantage (e.g. MHKIBIM or CIC BIM)
• Experience or knowledge in E&M or Building Services
• Familiar with Mainland China  and willing to travel
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant BIM Manager
