Our client, a famous Japanese multinational video game company, is looking for a Japanese Speaking Customer Support Assistant to support their daily operation. 

Job Duties:

• Responsible for customer support, troubleshooting or customer complaint through email and phone
• Co-work with relevant department according to the issues
• Contact clients and collect their responses
• Learn about our physical and digital products eagerly to solve customers’ problems
• Learn about our values and principles
• Learn about the repair methods of physical goods and solving customers’ problems along with service center
• Coordinate with headquarter in Japan (mostly in Japanese) efficiently, when necessary to carry out customer support related tasks

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in related disciplines
• Keep the personal information of customers strictly confidential, such as telephone number, e-mail address, birthday date etc.
• Eager to learn, and proactively involve with related parties to accomplish given assignment
• Fluent in Japanese, Good command of written spoken English & Chinese
• Flexible, good communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook and Chinese / English word processing
• Good time management, able to work under pressure
• Having some repair experience on physical goods will be considered as an advantage
• Having passion and interests in video games will be considered as an advantage
• Willing to work overtime if required

Details:

• 6 months contract (may renew/ convert to perm) 
• 5 days, Mon - Fri, 9:00am - 6:00pm 
• Hung Hom
• OT Pay, Transportation reimbursement, Performance bonus (Discretionary), Medical Allowance
