JOB DUTIES

  • Craft and implement a dynamic digital content strategy to boost customer engagement.
  • Amplify content reach through collaboration with Marketing and Digital teams using social media, SEO, and paid campaigns.
  • Lead the planning and execution of impactful product launches and branding events.
  • Analyze campaign performance to drive data-driven optimizations and improvements.
  • Define and enforce brand guidelines for consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Deliver compelling, on-brand content to support marketing initiatives and timelines.
  • Manage budgets and resources efficiently for projects and operations.
  • Partner with creators and vendors to produce high-quality, engaging content and designs.
     

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Creative Media, Communications or related disciplines.
  • Min. 4 years of proven working experience in content management, digital marketing or brand marketing 
  • Proficient in social media platform management, and online analytics tools with ability to extract insights for content effectiveness improvement 
  • Experienced in project and event management 
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media and content marketing
  • Good knowledge of latest digital marketing and content trends 
  • Positive and innovative learning attitude, self-motivated and a committed team player 
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered the role of Content Specialist
