Responsibilities:

• Responsible for billing demand analysis, solution providing and successful project delivery.
• Develop billing standards and oversee the development and enhancement of the billing system.
• Design billing process, invoice template and system test for new products.
• Responsible for gross profit analysis for products or individual customer cases, verifying data from billing systems through out the billing process, and monitoring anomalies.
• Plan and conduct billing system and applications training to users.
• Formulate the operation manuals, policies, and procedures, and conduct training to users.
• Assist on conducting billing data analysis, including efficiency analysis, fluctuation analysis, audit data analysis, and AR/AP analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related data analysis field is preferred.
• Prior work experience in the telecommunications industry is advantageous.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, C++, Python, etc.
• Strong ability to work under pressure, excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills, and a keen sensitivity to data.
