Duties

• Responsible for AR/treasury functions;
• Prepare invoice, account statement and supporting documents and deliver to customer in an efficient and timely way;
• Keep constant communication with internal and external parties regarding invoice queries and disputes with their accounts;
• Provide support on accounting matters and assist in month-end closing;
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned; and
• Report to Accountant.

 

The Requirements

• Degree or Higher Diploma holder in Accounting;
• A minimum 1-2 years’ accounting experience;
• Proficient in PC applications including MS office;
• Experience in using SAP SM will be an added advantage;
• Immediate available would be highly preferred;
• Good command of English;
• Strong interpersonal skills to deal with people at all levels;
• Self-motivated, responsible and detail oriented, able to meet tight deadlines; and
• Working location in Chek Lap Kok, Lantau.
