Implement marketing and promotional activities for retail shops
Review sales to create strategic plans
Evaluate consumer behavior and market conditions
Assist in planning and collaborating with all parties to develop marketing programs from conceptualization to execution
Develop and implement marketing programs online, offline and in-store
Competitive analysis and provide marketing insights for business development
Any ad-hoc duties as per assigned
Requirements:
Degree holder in related discipline
Minimum 3 years relevant experience of Retail Marketing or FMCG background is an advantage
Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
Analytical-minded, organized, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Solid experience in using Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe illustrator, Photoshop, or other design tools)
Proficiency in using MS office
Experience in E-commerce and social media marketing
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Marketing Executive
