  • Provide all-rounded reception and administrative services;
  • Maintain and monitor fixed asset records, telephone system and office supplies inventories;
  • Perform general office administrative and logistics services, including office equipment regular checking and maintenance, office equipment supply procurement, fix asset management;
  • Provide administrative support to managers and assist in ad-hoc assignments when required.

 

  • Diploma holder or above in related disciplines
  • At least 1 years’ solid working experience in office administration 
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Work independently, responsible, self-motivated, well organized and detail oriented
  • Able to work independently under pressure with minimal supervision
