Responsibilities:

• Manage the implementation of the training cycle, ensuring all processes are followed effectively.
• Provide full spectrum of in-house training coordination.
• Compile and analyze training data to provide insights for evaluation and improvement.
• Assist in sourcing and collaborating with external partners to facilitate training programs.
• Plan and organize recruitment activities for employer branding exposure, such as Career Expo and Career Talks.
• Research and apply for HR awards, drafting write-ups for editorial publications to enhance employer branding.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1 years of experiences in human resources/ training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse audiences.
• Ability to generate and implement new training ideas and employer branding initiatives.
• Comfortable facilitating training sessions and workshops, with a passion for developing others.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proactive and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with learning management systems is a plus.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday 9am-6pm
