- Manage the process of new account openings and facilitate seamless client onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including data entry, document scanning, and efficient filing systems.
- Provide comprehensive clerical and administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
- Perform additional ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- DSE/HKCEE or above.
- Proficiency in PC skills, including Chinese word processing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
