Sales Support Officer / Sales Administration Officer
Phillip Securities GroupResponsibilities:
- Monitor and enhance productivity of the sales representatives
- Monitor branch operations
- Coordinate daily operation and administrative support to the team
- Organize and conduct courses for sales representatives
- Involved in ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
- Degree with minimum 1 year working experience is preferable
- Good communication and co-ordination skills, with patience in serving the sales team
- Proficient in MS Office. Knowledge in Power BI and Excel VBA is an advantage.
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Proficient in Chinese and English. Putonghua is preferable
