Responsibilities:

• Handle daily routine accounting operations and month-end closing, prepare and consolidate regular monthly reports and analysis
• Review daily journal entries for Accounts Receivables & Accounts Payables, prepare periodic receipts reconciliation, sub-ledger reconciliation, to ensure the integrity & accuracy of financial data
• Ensure invoices are prepared in accordance with the company standard & properly updated in accounting and billing systems with accuracy and timely manner
• Verify invoices and review journal entries to ensure the validity of supporting documents are properly authorized with proper compliance of company policies & procedures and accounting standards
• Liaise with internal & external parties on daily operations on collection/ payment matters, coordinates on credit adjustment where necessary
• Work with business units and IT to formulate new products/ services roll out campaigns and assist in driving new system set up and perform UAT
• Liaise with business units on monitoring the aging of accounts receivables and payables, control/ suspense accounts
• Perform ad hoc assignments are required

Requirements:

• Degree in Business/ Finance/ Accounting or related disciplines
• 3-5 years relevant experience, prior exposure in retail industry is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Oracle
• Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently, excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
