What the role is?

This Business Analyst role sits in our IT Department and deliver various business objectives for the High-Net-Worth (HNW) client’s segment.

Key Duties include:

• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for the HNW system.
• Workshop Facilitation: Arrange and facilitate workshops to discuss and refine project requirements with key stakeholders.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Plan, coordinate, and manage UAT activities to ensure the system meets business needs and requirements.
• Documentation: Create detailed business requirement documents, functional specifications, and other project-related documentation.
• Stakeholder Management: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
• Project Support: Assist the project manager in tracking project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.

What we look for?

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• At least 5 years of experience in insurance projects, including New Business and Policy Administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with UAT planning and execution.
• Knowledge of High-Net-Worth client requirements and financial systems.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.
