Responsibilities:

  • Work at the client's location as requested.
  • Create and update a plan to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Define key service quality measures with the customer and suggest changes if needed.
  • Track service performance and manage improvement plans, involving relevant teams.
  • Maintain strong communication with the Account Management team to keep them informed about important service issues and plans.
  • Work with customers and internal teams to ensure resources and action plans are in place.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to work at the client’s site and meet their service level agreements (SLAs).
  • HKCEE/Diploma with at least 1 year of customer service experience in the telecom industry.
  • Strong background in customer service and operations management is preferred.
  • Good interpersonal and planning skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and take initiative.
  • Energetic, well-organized, with strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (lookup/pivot tables) and Word.
  • More experienced candidates may be considered for a Senior Account Service Manager role.
