    Responsibilities:
    • Assist in the creation of digital designs for various platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, paid advertisements, APP promotions and printed materials to promote beauty products to end customers.
    • Collaborate with the design team or cross-functional teams to brainstorm and develop design concepts for promotional purposes.
    • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
    • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback. 
    • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital design.
    • Help maintain the design library and asset management system.
    • Working closely with IT and Business Teams to produce innovative and intuitive design with consideration of UI/UX to achieve business goals.
    Requirements:
    • Diploma or above in Digital Design or related disciplines with a minimum of 2+ years of working experience in graphic / web design.
    • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Figma.
    • Strong knowledge of industry standard design and prototype tools, sensitive to the latest trend in digital technology and e-commerce.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
    • Attention to detail, creative, well organized, independent, self-initiate and strong sense of responsibility.
    • Knowledge in video editing and motion graphic is a plus.
    • Knowledge in Skincare and Makeup products is a plus.
