Responsibilities:

• Formulate creative content direction and ideas that resonate with the target audience for the brand, products and promotion
• Familiar with social media platforms, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, WeChat etc
• Develop copy writing (both Chinese and English) and content for multiple platforms, including but not limited social media posts, video scripts, advertisement copy and eDM/eNewsletter
• Support the copywriting for customer base promotion, POSM and digital communications materials on daily basis
• Manage multiple writing assignments efficiently, and proactively communicate with various stakeholders to ensure projects are completed in a timely fashion and aligned with targeted objectives
• Execute and collaborate closely with campaign owners and designers to produce quality content for all digital content creation across various platforms
• Write and deliver an engaging, consistent brand voice across all customer touchpoints preciously

Requirements:

• Degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing or other related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
• Digitally-minded with hands-on experience in social media operation/content creation
• Strong creative thinking skills and ability to think conceptually
• Able to work independently and tight deadlines
• Excellent command of written Chinese and English
