Responsibilities

• Lead the QA team in planning, designing, and executing test strategies and test cases.
• Develop and implement automated testing frameworks and tools to improve testing efficiency.
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage by coordinating and executing different types of testing (manual, automated, performance, security).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Conduct regular QA audits and assessments to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
• Mentor and train QA team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Report and communicate test results, defects, and overall quality status to stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 6 years of experience in software quality assurance, with 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Selenium).
• Strong understanding of software development processes (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
