Our client, a reputable architectural firm is seeking an experienced architect to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Registered Architect (HKIA) providing expertise across various projects.
• Oversee project administration and coordination among multiple disciplines to ensure efficiency.
• Prepare and develop comprehensive sketch designs, general building plans, and detailed construction drawings.
• Ensure compliance with local building regulations and industry standards throughout the design process.
• Create and manage tender documents, overseeing the tendering process and ensuring clarity in submissions.
• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to address needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain strong knowledge of local building regulations and best practices to guide project execution.

Requirements:

• Registered Architect (HKIA) with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience or equivalent.
• Relevant work experience with the Hong Kong Housing Authority and local projects, particularly in residential, hotel, office, and fit-out works is advantageous.
• Well-trained in project administration and coordination, with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, or other 3D rendering software; familiarity with graphic presentation software is preferred.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential for delivering high-quality work.
