Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Interior Design or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years' experience in shopping mall renovation, project monitoring and building maintenance
• Experience gained in shopping malls and property management companies in relation to interior design and fit-out work would be an advantage
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
• Proven English proficiency
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skill

Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical and cost assessment on tenders/quotations/technical proposal from internal and external parties
• Perform budget control for all shopping mall expenses on maintenance and renovation projects
• Comment on routine shop re-layout and provide solutions for technical E&M issues
• Assist in feasibility study of new shopping mall provisions/systems
• Draft regular technical reports/documents
