We are a reputable company specializing in the construction and fit-out of data centers. We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our data center fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Job Description:

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of data center fit-out and construction projects, from planning and execution to delivery and handover. Your expertise will be crucial in managing project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage data center fit-out projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure design and construction quality.
• Monitor project progress, conducting regular site inspections and managing any issues that arise.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.
• Facilitate effective communication with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing solutions as necessary.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, reports, and change orders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years experience including 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in data center fit-out projects.
• Experience with construction projects (Data Center) on main contractor side would be advantage. 
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and data center requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
